We love giving good customer service and can help with any of your interior design projects or retail enquiries. 

STORY BOARDS

Are you working on a project with a tight deadline? Don’t worry, we are happy to find design solutions for you and can easily suggest cushions, quilts, bedsashes and throws in your price-range or colours. Send a picture of your walls, couch, furniture or colour selections to info@bandhini.com.au and we will get back to you with a mood-board asap!

 

FABRIC CUTTINGS

We can mail fabric cuttings for you to have a look at the true colour and texture of certain items. Request fabric cuttings by sending an email to info@bandhini.com.au with your postal details and the cushions you have interest in.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We are proud to offer a great customer service. We will get back to your emails and calls in 24 hours during weekdays and can get orders out the same day if the order is placed before 2PM. We can custom make items and work together with you on your projects to make sure you choose the BHD product that suits you and your client best.

SHIPPING

After payment is received, the order will be dispatched to you immediately via Direct Freight which usually takes 1-3 days across Australia except for WA, which takes 4-5 days.

We ship out our products via Direct Freight and will send you an email confirmation from the moment your order has been shipped. 

We cannot ship to a PO box as someone needs to be available to accept our delivery. Please advise details for our courier  so they can leave it somewhere in case someone is not home.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our products are handwoven and dyed with natural dyes. Some are hand-beaded feature pieces. Hand worked village methods can result in characteristics such as slight colour variations & imperfections. 

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We do not have a refund policy as such, but we are happy to exchange or provide a credit provided items are returned in a timely manner. If items are faulty we will provide a replacement. Payment must be finalised before delivery. 

WHO CAN BUY OUR PRODUCTS

We are a wholesaler and sell our products direct to interior designers and resellers or via our one of our agents. Our products are also available direct to the public online at Recommended Retail Price.
